Apple Valley, CA, March 14, 2023 – The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company's Board of Directors met Sunday, March 12, 2023, at noon PST for their required monthly meeting. At said meeting, the Board unanimously agreed to absorb the company's Leadership Board creating one Commission. The merger would allow executive and management levels to be on the same page in all aspects of the business while creating an opportunity for better communication and cohesiveness as a single unit.

The Board of Directors grew to seven members in doing so, with Walter G. Esselman as continuing chairman, Stephanie J. Bardy as continuing Secretary, and Gary L Falls Jr. as Treasurer.

Also, it was approved that founder David K. Montoya will be returning as Co-Chief Executive Officer and will focus mainly on corporate activities that involve The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC., as an entity and will not be involved in a day-to-day executive role as the responsibility is given to Editor in Chief of Dark Myth Publications and Co-Chief Executive Officer of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, Stephanie J. Bardy.

"Stephanie has been doing an excellent job as the CEO.  But I fully support her if she requires some assistance," said Walter G. Esselman, Chairman and President of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC. "Plus, Dave and Stephanie complement each other really well as a team. Having both of them at the helm will be great."

The company's productivity is expected to remain the same and will continue to follow the 2023 Business Plan that the previous Board voted into play.
