Montoya, sole owner of the merged companies, today announced the new name of the standalone entertainment company that will emerge from the combination of JayZoMon and MythWurks assets: The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company. The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company name will be the world's next most-storied creative studio with the high-quality storytelling heritage of  MythWurks.

The initial moto for the proposed company includes the iconic line from the original Dark Myth Production Studios, An independent business with big business quality, an additional homage to the rich history of Dark Myth, and the focus of what the proposed company will be about.

Yesterday, JayZoMon Productions and MythWurks Corporation reached a definitive agreement to combine their assets to create a single company.

The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company will bring together the most vital leadership teams, content creators, and high-quality literature in the media business while accelerating both companies' plans for leading direct-to-consumer (D.T.C.) services for global consumers. The new company will unite complementary and diverse content strengths with broad appeal.

The audio content company will own one of the deepest libraries in the world, with nearly 1,000 hours of podcasts. In addition, it will bring together the most cherished, widespread, and trusted shows under one network, including Seeing R.E.D., Who's the Boss, Flashback Fridays, My Public Life as an American Nerd, MythBits, and many more.

The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company will be able to increase investment and capabilities in original content and programming; create more opportunities for under-represented storytellers and independent creators; serve customers with innovative video experiences and points of engagement; and propel more investment in high-quality, family-friendly content.
