Apple Valley, CA, August 9, 2021 – The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC., has launched an internal investigation into the misappropriation of funds during the planning, booking, and execution of PCE/Scarefaire 2021.

During a routine Board meeting, it was observed by a Board Member that the totals for money coming in and money going out did not match. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that funds were being billed to the Company, and payments were being recorded, but in actuality, the cash flow itself had been redirected.

The investigation further revealed that monetary amounts regarding the purchase of vending space had been altered and the difference not recorded.
The police were notified along with the company lawyer.

The investigation is still ongoing, and the evidence is still being compiled. Witnesses of the fraud and theft have come forward, and statements have been taken.

As a company, we strive to be open and honest about our financials and business dealings. Unfortunately, while perpetrated by one individual, this incident was viewed by the public as being handled by the Company. Our hope is that moving forward, we can clear up our good name and prevent a situation like this from occurring again.
