Apple Valley, CA, June 18, 2021 – This morning, the Board of Directors of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC., announced that they had submitted a letter of interest to purchase Paper Djinn Press, a foreign publisher of magazines and anthologies after productions have ceased and leaving their authors' contracts unsatisfied.

"The Board of Directors and I had an emergency session concerning Paper Djinn Press yesterday [Sunday, June 17th]. We discussed what we could do to help all those authors and their contracts that were left unsatisfied," said David K. Montoya, Chairman, CEO, and Publisher of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company. "As a whole, we believe the best course of action is to purchase Paper Djinn Press and satisfy each unfulfilled contract."

Paper Djinn Press came on the scene last year and has published multiple projects but suddenly halted production as the Company's CEO and Publisher had moved away from the public eye. Nevertheless, the Board of Directors agreed to a starting and maximum bid and submitted the offer to Paper Djinn's owner. They are excitedly awaiting their response.
