March 19, 2021, Apple Valley, CA – The Open Contract Challenge (a division of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC.) welcomes Walter G. Esselman as the contest's new Director. This decision comes after former Director Kyle D. Dobbs resigned after being on Board for less than a month.

Mister Esselman, a Michigan native, was the author. He won the 2020 Open Contract Challenge's Grand Prize and saw his book "SuperHorror Max" go to print earlier this month, and has been a regular contributor to the popular online literary magazine, "The World of Myth," where he gained the trust and back of the Company.

Mister Esselman is beginning his duties as Director with this year's third annual contest starting in March and has also been offered a seat on the Board of Directors, where he will be replacing Mister Dobbs as well.
