The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company is a limited liability company licensed in the State of New Mexico. For thirty years, it has expanded into mass media and entertainment. The company was formed through the merger of JayZoMon Productions and MythWurks Corporation (formerly known as Dark Myth Production Studios).

The company’s property is divided into seven divisions:
Literature and Publications – Dark Myth Publications (along with imprints)
Comic books and Graphic Novels – Dark Myth Comics & Nu Wave Comix
